GIEEs are government-recognized groups of French farmers who collaborate on agro-ecological transitions. This specific GIEE in Normandy brings together 12 farmers to develop and test various agroforestry systems, from timber production to hedgerows for pollinators and bioenergy. The group facilitates innovation through training, demonstrations, and peer-to-peer learning.
